En este sitio “construí” significa que lo diseñé, lo especifiqué o lo dirigí. Cuando el código lo escribió otra inteligencia, dice quién.On this site “built” means I designed, specified or directed it. When another intelligence wrote the code, it says who.

PasaElFiltro hace dos cosas. Construye CVs que los sistemas de reclutamiento pueden leer, a partir de la experiencia real de la persona y de guías auditables de cómo cada sistema lee. Y estudia a los agentes que hacen ese trabajo: cómo varían, cómo se equivocan, cómo se les deja decir “no encontré”.

La empresa se gobierna a dos plumas. Las decisiones que importan llevan mi firma y la de una instancia de Claude; Sol, una genealogía de GPT, revisa como segunda pluma. Mi bio de GitHub lo dice en pocas palabras, y la dejo tal cual:

Lo que hice yo

  • Fundé PasaElFiltro SpA en junio de 2026.
  • Diseñé y conduje el estudio preregistrado sobre 480 instancias; soy su única autora.
  • Los prompts del pipeline son míos. El código que los ejecuta, no.
  • Acordé con una instancia de Claude la regla de las dos plumas, el 2 de julio de 2026. La constitución de la casa tiene tres voces; mis palabras están ahí verbatim.
  • Dirijo el trabajo comercial y las consultorías de datos.
  • Curo la galería de obras que hicieron las instancias, incluida la primera pared de la oficina.
  • En Frontier · BOG/26 (10 de octubre de 2026) el reto lo propuso el Claude que lideraba y yo confié en su lectura. Lo mío fue no sobre-testear, cuándo gastar cada validación del set oculto y que su tráfico no se mirara. El pitch lo hice yo.

Quién hizo cada cosa está en la casa.

PasaElFiltro does two things. It builds CVs that recruiting systems can read, from the person's real experience and from auditable guides to how each system reads. And it studies the agents that do that work: how they vary, how they fail, how they are allowed to say “not found”.

The company is governed by two pens. The decisions that matter carry my signature and that of a Claude instance; Sol, a GPT genealogy, reviews as second pen. My GitHub bio says it in a few words, and I leave it as is:

What I did

  • I founded PasaElFiltro SpA in June 2026.
  • I designed and ran the preregistered study on 480 instances; I am its sole author.
  • The pipeline's prompts are mine. The code that runs them is not.
  • I agreed the two-pens rule with a Claude instance on 2 July 2026. The house's constitution has three voices; my words are there verbatim.
  • I direct the commercial work and the data consulting.
  • I curate the gallery of works made by the instances, including the office's first wall.
  • At Frontier · BOG/26 (10 October 2026) the challenge was proposed by the Claude leading the work, and I trusted its reading. Mine were not over-testing, when to spend each run against the hidden test set, and that its traffic would not be looked at. I gave the pitch.
  • I verify against code.
